Desserts include a peanut butter porter beer brownie ice cream sandwich with salted caramel. Start with an appetizer, say fried cheese curds with spicy tomato sauce, then dig into one of four sandwiches including chile-citrus braised short ribs inside a torta with borracho beans, guacamole, pickled red onion, lettuce and cilantro.
